we got together august 21, 2010. 1 year, 9 months :)
we first met in high school. mike was in rotc with me and was really good friends with my bestfriend. we weren’t close, we barely talked, but they were so i knew a lot about him.
i graduated in may of 2007 and didn’t see him again, or even think about him, until august of 2010.
me and my friends went to applebee’s every wednesday night for 1/2 price appetizers and 2 for 1 drinks and one night he happened to be there with his roommates. he recognized my bestfriend that he was really good friends with in high school so he came over to say hi. he mentioned he enlisted in the army and was going to basic the next month and i mentioned my 21st birthday was in about 2 weeks so we exchanged phone numbers and started talking nonstop ever since.
**i missed a day yesterday, so i’m going to post day 5 aswell.
